Harworth Group’s Thoresby Vale development continues to progress as Phase 6A and 7 gain planning consent from Newark & Sherwood District Council. Building on our work that helped gain consent for the original application, our Transport Assessment supported the application for a further 190 houses. In addition to assessment of off-site traffic impacts, tricky issues arose through the detail of the car parking arrangements of the new dwellings and the interaction with the country park immediately north and the proposed local centre retail units immediately south.
