Working with Bellway Homes, we are pleased to see Blaby District Council grant consent for an outline application for 95 dwellings on land at Croft Lodge Farm in Croft. The site is interesting, as it provides one of two accesses to a large area of land where car boot sales are held every weekend. As well as a development access, we had to design a separate access for the car boot site.
