Peter James Homes have announced that they are to build the 34 apartments on the former Trentside Social Club site on Wilford Lane in West Bridgford. Working with Mark Willmott of Space Architecture, we helped gain consent for the development in January 2019, so it is lovely to see the next step being taken to realise the plans.
