first occupier for Mountpark Bardon

US fashion giant VF Corporation, which owns brands such as Vans, North Face, Timberland and Dickies, is set to take 579,000sqft of space at Mountpark Bardon.  VF Corporation was established in 1899 and turns over £9.2bn a year, operating in 170 countries and employing 70,000 people.  Mountpark Bardon is a 145 acre distribution centre at Victoria Road in Coalville.  We helped gain outline consent for 1.2m sqft of B2/B8 use on the site a couple of years ago, completed the detailed design of the access roundabout, since built by Winvic, and have recently assisted with the reserved matters application to ensure  VF Corporation’s needs can be satisfied.  Another step in the journey complete.
