The Roundhouse pub on London Road in Derby is to be redeveloped for residential use. Because it is in an Air Quality Management Area, a condition was imposed on the consent requiring an air quality assessment. ADC Infrastructure undertook traffic surveys and calculations to assist the air quality assessors. Our work was submitted as part of the Air Quality Report and the planning condition was successfully discharged.
