A planning application has been submitted to Nottingham City Council for new offices and student accommodation in two new multi-storey buildings on Station Street. Working for client Bildurn, and with architect Franklin Ellis, we have supported the application with a Transport Statement, Travel Plan, and Car Park Management Plan. Surrounded by the tram and canal, and adjacent to the train station, the site can only be accessed from Station Street, a pedestrian priority street. Hence, there has been particular focus on the vehicle movements that will occur during demolition and construction, as well as during the occupation of the development.
