Erewash Borough Council have approved Bloor Homes’ application for 259 houses on a green belt site in Spondon, a difficult project that attracted a lot of local objections. The transport mitigation included improvements to the A52 Spondon Island that were supported by WCHAR and RSA reports to gain National Highways approval. Our Water Management team had to tackle a difficult issue with the cross border Section 23 application for culverting a minor watercourse.
