After almost three years since we were first engaged, we are pleased to say that Charnwood Borough Council have approved Parker Strategic Land’s planning application for 19 dwellings on the old Rectory site in Thurcaston. The access design included traffic calming to manage speeds along Anstey Lane in this edge of village location. Negotiations of per dwelling contributions to the Charnwood Transport Contribution Strategy led to significant delays before the application could be determined.
