On Thursday evening at Charnwood Borough Council’s Plan’s Committee, councillors resolved to grant consent to William Davis’ detailed planning application for residential development east of Snells Nook Lane in Loughborough. The scheme was presented to the committee anew, following a resolution to grant in June. However, on that occasion the recommendation included a contribution in accordance with the Charnwood Transport Contribution Strategy. This time it didn’t.
