Fisher German, agents for Harworth Group at Cadley Park in Swadlincote, have just released an updated marketing video – see here. Our involvement began in 2013 and resulting in planning consent for 600 houses on three parcels, set around the golf course and country park. We have continued to assist, as Avant Homes bought Parcel C, and Taylor Wimpey bought Parcel B. Adjustments to the permission for Parcel A, including its access roundabout and pedestrian and cycle links through the Park, mean it is now being marketed. It is great to see the masterplan being delivered.
