Paul joined ADC in August 2025 as Technical Director within the Infrastructure Design service, bringing with him over two decades of diverse experience in civil engineering. A graduate of Loughborough University with a degree in Civil Engineering (2002), Paul became a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2007.
His career spans a wide spectrum of infrastructure projects, with a particular passion for highway and drainage design. Paul’s expertise also includes underground structures, tunnels, utilities, flood risk management, building structures, and temporary works. This breadth of experience enables him to anticipate construction challenges and identify opportunities for delivering buildable, cost-effective solutions.
Outside the office, Paul is happiest outdoors—whether cycling through the countryside or walking his dogs. He’s also a devoted fan of live music and proudly serves as roadie for his son’s band.
