approved – Land West of Stephenson’s Way, Coalville

A tight call at the planning committee as the Councillor’s voted 6-5 in favour of accepting the officer’s recommendation to approve the development. The application, by Fleet Auction Group, sought consent for industrial use (B2/B8) and an office building, with a total floor area of 90,000sqft. We were pleased to support the application with our Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy, and a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan. Masterplan by Axon Architects.
