Harworth Group announce the sale of the first parcel of engineered land in their Hugglescote Grange development at Coalville. Redrow Homes have purchased 15.99 acres and intend to deliver 204 new family homes. The 250 acre Hugglescote Grange site, part of the South East Coalville development, has outline consent for 2,016 new homes along with a primary school and local community centre. Harworth are acting as the master developer and are building out the primary infrastructure to facilitate sales of serviced plots. ADC Infrastructure have been providing civil engineering design services to Harworth, designing the whole site earthworks, and gaining approval from Leicestershire County Council for the access roundabout on Grange Road and the main spine road.
