A planning application has this week been submitted for a landmark mixed use development in the centre of Birmingham on Broad Street. Working with Cerda Planning and Corstophine + Wright architects on behalf of 2020 Living Limited and Taylor Grange the application has been prepared whilst we have all been in lockdown, no mean achievement for such a significant development. The development consists of a 35 storey tower and a 6 storey block accommodating 440 build-to-rent apartments and a further 8 storey block accommodating a 229 bedroom hotel. Also included are shared amenity facilities with a large courtyard with multi-sports pitch and running track. The application is supported by our Transport Statement and Flood Risk Assessment.
