We are pleased to report that the outline planning application for 91 residential dwellings at Sutton Courtenay was unanimously approved at Planning Committee last night.  The site has a complex planning history and was most recently Phase 2 of a extant planning consent for a larger development to be accessed from an adjacent development plot. The key part of our work, undertaken on behalf of The Granite Partnership, was to agree with the highway authority a new permanent access for the Phase 2 site directly onto Appleford Road, thereby avoiding the need for reliance on the adjacent development plot.
