Again working with Rayner Davies Architects and Wynbrook Care Homes, we have helped gain planning consent for a residential care home on the site of the former Clifton Bridge Inn at Silverdale. The project provides 83 beds with communal lounges, a cinema and a hairdresser. Our Transport Assessment and Travel Plan examined the existing and future use of the site, and the design of the access.
