We are grateful for our continuing appointment as part of Harworth’s team to help promote the Cinderhill site near Denby in Derbyshire. The mixed use proposal includes 3,000 houses, 12ha of employment land, plus a new junction on the A38 trunk road. The site is in Amber Valley’s Draft Local Plan and the next step is to persaude the examination in public Inspector that the site is deliverable.
